Toronto's downtown waterfront, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5.1 (2021-2023) at 1:1 scale 2 km² integrated with Cesium ion for live geospatial data.
This started as a solo project. I modeled, textured, and lit the first city blocks myself, which set the visual benchmark and technical pipeline for everything that followed. As the scope grew, my role shifted to Technical Director, directing the programming team on systems architecture and UI (live weather, traffic camera feeds, building and POI data), and overseeing quality and consistency across the modeling team. All shaders, materials, and lighting throughout the environment are my work.
Every building carries real-world data : owner, year built, footprint, pulled from live datasets. Dynamic weather and time-of-day run in real time.
The comparisons above are matched against Google Street View at the same intersections , same angle, same buildings, same scale. Built for accuracy, not for show.
